During the last 2 weeks Bob and I have had the chance to catch up on just hanging out with each other. Her has been so busy at work getting prepared for even more layoffs (he works in the building industry) and I have been busy with the kids, spring break, testing season, being a mom, etc! We decided that we needed to sit down and just "be" as a family! So we rented a few, borrowed a few and bought a few movies and enjoyed each others company. If you have not seen any of these, definitely worth picking up:

Little Manhattan - we have seen this many times - if you have son 9-10 or older, this is a must see movie, lol!!!

Books:
The Same Kind of Different as Me - (true story) Xander and I both loved this book. He said that this is his all time favorite book so far, which says a lot since he has read hundreds, if not thousands of books.
Marley and Me - is being made in to a movie - Xander and I laughed, cried and loved this book.
The Christmas Jars
Any of the Sohpie Kinsella Books - "Confessions of a Shopaholic" series - easy fun reads when you don't want to have to think but just enjoy!
We have lots of others but these are a feww good selections for the entire family!
